Welcome to the Office of Real Property’s FY18 Leasing Industry Day and registration site. This event is being hosted by the VA Office of Construction & Facilities Management.

This in-person Industry Day on Wednesday, November 8 will provide information about 28 priority lease acquisition requirements across the country for FY18. These leases equate to approximately 2.4 million square feet of space with an estimated total contract value of $1.8 billion.  VA representatives will provide information about the acquisition strategy, requirements, scope, and timeline for these leases, as well as provide a preview to upcoming changes in the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) process.

Companies, particularly Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) and Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs), should consider attending if they provide services in any of the following NAICS codes:

  • 531190 — Lessors of Other Real Estate Property
  • 531120 — Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings (except Mini-warehouses)

The Industry Day will be held on Wednesday, November 8, 2017.  We anticipate opening registration by mid-June.
