Welcome to the Office of Real Property’s Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) Industry Day and registration site. This event is being hosted by the VA Office of Construction & Facilities Management.

This in-person Industry Day on Thursday, February 8 is an opportunity to learn and provide feedback about the new RLP requirements, process, and agency specific requirements. Participants will also receive updates about the acquisition strategy, requirements, and timeline for the upcoming 28 major leases (equating to approximately 2.4 million square feet of space with an estimated total contract value of $1.8 billion). Finally, participants will have an opportunity to network with qualified companies and CFM staff.
